Only rice bran oil (high in oleic acids) is used in cooking. Centrifuge spinning removes most of it, and creats a light, crisp chip. Our chips transcend snack foods and are actually really good food.
No preservatives, colorings or chemicals are added.

Ingredients:
Potato starch, rice bran oil, seaweed(wakame, kombu, hiziki, nori). Job's tears (hato mugi) wheat germ and sea salt.
