Gift Card value stored does not expire. Gift Card is subject to verification before acceptance as a form of payment. No change will be given for purchases which are less than the available credit on the Gift Card, however the remaining credit may be used at any time for future purchases. For purchases with amounts higher than the available credit contained in the Gift Card another form of payment may be used in combination. Normal return policies apply to products purchased with a Gift Card and should there be a refund the amount will be credited back to the Gift Card. The Gift Card may not be used to purchase further Gift Cards or vouchers of any kind. Gift Card cannot be returned once it is charged and activated. Liberty Market does not keep personally-identifiable information about the purchaser or holder of Gift Cards. Gift Cards cannot be re-issued or refunded if it is lost, damaged, or destroyed. Gift Card values have a minimum of $30 and a maximum of $500. There is no minimum amount for purchases made with a Gift Card. By purchasing a Gift Card the purchaser agrees to these Terms and Conditions. A copy of these Terms and Conditions is accompanied by each Gift Card purchase and the purchaser agrees to enclose these Terms and Conditions with the Gift Card to the person receiving the Gift Card.
