Remote Research Specialist
Minimum Requirements:
1. You must be at least 18 years old
2. You are legally allowed to work in New Zealand
Position Description:
This position requires mystery shopping work. You will be required to actively participate in third-party initiated mystery shopping assignments, carry out their assignments, collect assignment information, and report back to the research team leader. You will work independently from home and in various locations wherever an assignment may require. Accuracy of your reporting will be verified by cross-referencing and other techniques. You will have the ability to be unscrupulous at times when appropriate but you may not act outside the law. There are no requirements for prior experience or training but you must be at least 18 years old. There is no restriction on whether or not you are currently working as a mystery shopper for any organisation.
Skills / Knowledge Required:
- Previous mystery shopping experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to carry out assigned tasks in a timely and accurate manner.
- Be adaptive and creative.
- Be clear-headed and have good memory.
- Be unscrupulous when it is appropriate.
About Remuneration:
Your work hours will vary
and income is not fixed as availability of assignments is dependent on the third-party,
therefore this should not be considered as your main source of income.
Wages are paid on a per-assignment basis. Actual pay depends on the
complexity and difficulty of the assignment, quality and relevancy of
information acquired, and speed of reporting. In addition you will be able to keep wages paid to you by third-party service providers.
