A tradiditional red wine vinegar made from organi grapes. To make into what Italians call "aeti aromatici" or aromatic vinegar, add herbs or other flavouring ingredients, like rosemary, dill, basil, tarragon, bay leaves, garlic and chili.
Acidity 6%.
